The privately owned organic vineyards are located in the Rachi of Pieria at a height of 300m between the mountain ranges of Olympus and Pieria. The soils are sloping sandy loamy limestone and contribute to the production of excellent refined wine and rich aroma. The microclimate in the vineyards of our area where you cultivate Xinomavro is considered a mountainous continent with very cold winter, heavy rainfall in spring and cool summer due to the proximity to the sea. The presence of nocturnal northeast sea winds favors its cultivation while retaining the typical aromas of the variety. The planting density is 340 yards per acre and the production does not exceed 400 liters of wine / acre.
