Cava Boutari continues to be an authentic example of a red aged wine that promotes the art of the wine-maker in the selection and blending of the best wines of each vintage.
Visual: Deep red color with purple taints
Aroma: a rich aging bouquet, where we can see the aromas of dried fruit, plum and fig, and forest fruit jam. There are sweet spices dominated by vanilla
Taste: Rich flavor, excellent balance, complexity and long lasting aftertaste, sharp acidity combined with rich dishes
Food pairing: Red and white meats that are cooked in saucepan, such as pork with plums and wine-marinated rooster. Yellow and white fatty cheeses such as Parmesan and Manouri. The challenge is gorgonzola
