Limited production wine that ferments for 12 months in French oak barrels. Bottle unfiltered and remain in bottle for another 6 months.
Deep ruby color with purple highlights.
The nose is dominated by aromas of sour cherry, plum and raspberry with notes of caramel and sweet spices.
Mouth full of moderate acidity and soft tannins. Quite a complex bouquet of red and black cherries, sour cherry, raspberry, butter chocolate, vanilla and pepper.
Long lasting aftertaste.
