Aroma: A plethora of fresh aromas dominated by wild flower scent, red berries, red ripe cherries and a hint of lavender. The complexity on the nose is enhanced with a touch of liquorice and sweet spices followed by a touch of mint
Taste: Medium to full bodied with pleasant acidity which is not overwhelming. Very soft and easy to drink with red cherries dominating on the back. 2016 is a vintage with very soft mouthfeel and less aggressive character.
