Selection of estate grown Roditis grapes from Roxanne Matsa’s vineyard in Attica. Hand picking on the coolest times of the day , chillling of incoming grapes, followed by hand sorting in the winery. Low intervention white vinification scheme. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, gentle filtering and bottling.

Visual: Brilliant, crystal clear golden-yellow color.

Aroma: Refined character reminiscent ofaromasof flowers like lemon blossom and jasmine combined with notes of honey and fruits (apricots, peach and orange peel).

Taste: Medium bodied, fresh with a pleasant acidity excellent balance and a long aromatic aftertaste.

FoodPairing: Salads, spicy pies , Grilled fish and shellfish, poultry and pasta on white sauce. Perfect pair for the Mediterranean cuisine.
