The vineyards are adjacent to the Winery, in the region of Trilofos-Epanomi. This wine was subjected to slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks, in controlled temperature and stayed with its lees for 4 months prior to the fermentation process. The complete absence of residual sugars in fermentation produces dry and fresh wine.
Appearance, Aromas, Taste
This soft golden-yellow wine develops a huge variety of floral aromas on the nose and palate, which remain in the long finish. Most notable are the aromas of peach, rasberry, mandarin and dried apricot as well as a hint of elderflower. In the mouth one can recognise grapefruit, lime, jasmin, red currant and mandarin peel.
