Simio Stixis Rosé ‘’;’’ is the Greek question mark. It is a wine that characterized by high acidity and a sweet, fruity aroma. It is an easy-to-drink rosé wine that can be drunk also as an aperitif.

Visual: Crystal clear, pale salmon colour

Aroma: Intense aromatic character, reminiscent of fine notes of peach, rose, raspberry and honey.

Taste: Very vivid and fresh due to its high acidity which balances very smoothly with the sweetness from the residual sugars exhibiting a long fresh aromatic aftertaste

Food pairing:Served as an aperitif or a welcome drink but also accompanies food such as pasta with sweet and sour sauces, fried fish as well Asian or Mexican cuisine.
