Semi-sweet White Wine

Adriani , Drama viticultural zone, North - east Macedonia. 1 Ha linear privately-owned vineyards situated at an altitude of 200-300 m. Clay soil of fine drainage over thin limestones. Crop yield 900-1000 kg per acre.
The harvest takes place at night, in order to have chilled grapes and not warm (contrary to the harvest that takes place during the day). As a result the grapes are, faster and without a thermal shock, cooling for the prefermentation cold maceration.
Sauvignon Blanc 70%, Muscat of Alexandria 30%
Pre-fermentation cooling maceration and alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures. Aging on fine lees for 2 months. The vinification is made separately for each variety and the follows the blending after the maturation. Fresh wine in stainless steel tank.
Light yellow color. Aromas of melon, apricot and hints of orange blossom, completed with aromas that remind honey. It has a full-bodied taste, with a discreet sweetness. Long lasting after-taste and aromas.
Sweet and sour pork, yellow cheeses, cakes, tarts and tiramisu. Served in 8-10oC.
