Orange wine,fermented with the skins for a month in Amforas. Wild fermantation, unfiltered. This wine is a combination of Chardonnay and Sauvignon blanc. It has a beautiful colour and notes of apple, honey, flowers, pear and some notes of citruses. The tanines are fine. It is a full body wine, long taste and aftertaste and it would be perfecty combined with white meat.
