Moscato Spinas is a cosmopolitan and charismatic variety.
Light lemon color with green hues. On the nose it is quite intense and complex with fresh citrus aromas (grapefruit, lime), notes of tropical (mango) and herbal aromas such as mint and basil and floral notes. In the mouth, the acidity is refreshing, and aromas are similar to those of the nose but with more intense fruity character and more distinct characteristics of white flowers. Medium body with good structure and juicy mouthfeel. Medium to long aftertaste.
Food pairing: Its intensely aromatic and refined character requires a contrasting dish such as marinated anchovies, green salad with citrus sauce and why not... taramosalata (Greek fish-roe dip).
