RATINGS
Nautilus Rosé 2018: Wine Advocate 2019: 90/100: “The 2018 Nautilus Rosé was held in a cement tank filled with fresh water for six months after bottling. Impressively concentrated, this also has beautiful supporting acidity and some complexity. It shows herbs and eucalyptus on the nose. This is a very serious pink that you can drink alone or pair with foods. It may actually hold a bit—but drinking it this summer or by 2020 is probably a better idea. You don't want to lose the glorious freshness that this has".
Jancis Robinson 2019: Foivos, Nautilus Rosé 2018: 16,5/20: “After bottling the wine, the bottles were placed for experimental maturation in a cement tank filled with fresh water. Gleaming golden pink. Highly fragrant with red fruits, grapes and a touch of blossom. Peach and apricot too. After the highly scented nose, the palate is dry and slighly chalky but still showing red fruits. Terrific freshness and a fine dusty finish. Delicious”.
