The Winery of Anastasios Arist. Nikolouzou was founded in 2008. The headquarters of the production and sale is located in the village of Ano Korakiana, 17 km from the city of Corfu. He is a fourth generation winemaker and from a very early age he wanted to deal with the subject of winemaking. In collaboration with selected Greek Vineyards, it collects and processes International and Indigenous grape varieties.. The largest percentage of its wines aged in new Oak barrels of American and French Oak, with a capacity of 225ltr, 228ltr and 300ltr. Since 2000, with the help of old amateur viticulturists, he has been collecting and recording time-lost varieties of Corfu, in order to save and highlight them through the creation of a new experimental organic vineyard.
