Single variety wine from liatiko grapes. The sun-drying of the grapes for 6-8 days and the permanence of the wine for 3-5 years in American and French barrels give it a full flavour with characteristic aromas of raisins and vanilla, followed by aromas of caramel and chocolate.
The sugars are in perfect balance with acidity for a pleasant finish with long aftertaste. Served as aperitif or at the end of a meal.
It accompanies sweets with black chocolate and hazelnuts, fruit tarts, ice cream and nuts.
