Tsouri winery is a small winery based in Spata which continues but also develops the tradition and heritage of its parents and grandparents. It implements a strict supervision approach at all stages of production from the vineyard to the final product to ensure excellent results. Its wines come only from privately owned vineyards which grow organically with very low acreage yields. At the same time, Savvatiano cultivates Assyrtiko, merlot and Agiorgitiko in Asprokampos, Nemea, with a dominant variety.
