Sensory Description

A pale yellow hue with green highlights. The bouquet is explosive, full of floral aromas, but as the wine “breathes” citrus essential oils begin to emerge. Mid-palate has a good balance between alcohol, residual sugars, and acidity. Similar aromas to these of the initial bouquet are revealed in the aftertaste.
