Sensory Description
Brilliant golden yellow color. A complex rich bouquet which has captured all the Mediterranean flavors. Quince and rose spoon sweet hints bonded with some earthy botanical characters. The long, persistent, creamy sweetness can ideally be paired with several gastronomic desserts as well as a blue cheese.
