Characteristics: Intense aromas of citrus, white flowers and honey combined with a crisp and delicate body marked by the aura of Aegean sea.
Food Pairing: Best paired with sea food pasta and fried fish. Excellent pairing with staffed tomatoes, chicken and salad.
The Patisti vineyards are located at the southern foot of Mount Pelion, on a narrow strip of land between the Pagasitic Gulf and the Aegean Sea and have been dedicated since 1980 to the organic cultivation of local varieties: Xinomavro, Roditi and Limnio. Over the last 30 years, new vineyards have been planted with the Assyrtiko, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah varieties.
