Variety: Grenache rouge.
Winemaking: the ripening of the grapes in the vineyard gave juice rich in sugar and low in acid. The controlled fermentation tanks for a month and the maturation in oak barrels for 10 years forms the complex aromatic and tasty character of the sweet wine. It continues to evolve tasty and aromatic minerals.

Organoleptic characteristics: composite wood and cinnamon aromas combined with aromas of fruit and full of dried sweet and mellow.
